One of the things I really like about the IMS is its friendly student community. Our students committee organizes all kinds of social events, pub nights, cake clubs, the annual student symposium, data and journal clubs.

From basic scientists to clinical trainees, we support students through the following options:
From 1-wk long discovery programmes to summer studentships
A full academic year in a research lab
APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
Over 60hrs of lectures delivered by experts in the field and a 32-week research project
3 to 4 yrs of full-time research
Prospective graduate students should get in touch with research groups of interest before they apply to the relevant programmes.
Most students will also need to apply for funding.
