The IMS-MRL strongly believes that in order to ‘discover the truth’ and thereby to contribute to the improvement of human health, excellence in research is essential. The pursuit of excellent research and the fulfilment of our responsibilities to participants in research, research users and the wider community require the maintenance of the highest standards of integrity when planning, conducting, analysing and reporting studies. We strongly adhere to the University of Cambridge’s policy in this regard.
Reporting concerns:
Members of the IMS-MRL are encouraged to discuss any concerns they may have related to research integrity with members of their own group, or if they feel that this is not appropriate or sufficient, they can either contact the University’s Research Ethics office, or Professor David Savage at dbs23 at medschl.cam.ac.uk within the IMS-MRL.
For those interested in learning more, please consider the online course for researchers in Clinical Medicine/ Biosciences.
Data Management Plan:
We use this template to develop a Data Management Plan (DMP) to accompany a research proposal.
