Welcome to the IMS-MRL ‘open day’ web page! This page is for anyone who might be interested – either next year or in the future – in undertaking postgraduate study at our Institute which is based on the Biomedical Campus in Cambridge, UK.
Our Institute is part of Cambridge University, has major funding from Wellcome and from the Medical Research Council, enjoys close relationships with clinics at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and proximity to many other biomedical Institutes and companies.

During the PG ‘open day’ period you can join live chats which feature current students from the Institute. Book a place to attend the University’s PG open day to make sure you get all the details. Students from the IMS-MRL will be available at the following times:

- Wednesday 10 November 2021, 17:00 – 18:00 UK time
Cambridge postgrad open day
The Postgraduate Virtual Open Days will be taking place this year 1-14 November. During the Open Days you will be able to access webinars, videos and resources from departments and Colleges. These sessions and resources will help you to learn more about the courses on offer, hear from students about life as a postgraduate student at Cambridge, discover funding opportunities and explore the Colleges and other University facilities using the 360 photography and videos on the Virtual Tour.
